Shipping Policy

Fast, reliable delivery anywhere in the United States. Here's what to expect when you place an order with us.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST on a business day, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted national carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

The carrier used for your order will be selected based on package size, weight, destination, and availability. You will receive tracking information specific to the carrier handling your shipment.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over a minimum purchase threshold (see checkout for current offer)
  • Expedited and overnight options are available at additional cost, calculated at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier name
  • A link to track your package in real time

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the initial scan. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been picked and packed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property
  • Check with your local post office or carrier facility
  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

⚠️ We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or requiring a signature for high-value orders.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and item before opening or discarding anything
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos

We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back — we are working to expand our shipping capabilities.
